We hope you love your purchase from FLWR Couture, but if there is an issue please contact us right away so we can try to help!

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If anything is wrong, please contact us right away. We must be aware of issue and okay your issue before receiving your return.
Regular items can be returned for EXCHANGES only and must be received within 10 days from receipt of product.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must still be attached. Items must be in the same condition they were received in. We cannot accept clothing back with makeup stains, animal hair or smells such as cigarette smoke. If these rules are not followed, exchanges may not be issued.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Due to limited inventory, we may not be able to offer an exchange for a different size. We will do our best though so check with us right away to see if we have the size you're looking for still in stock and we'll hold it and await your return.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS, JEWELRY, UNDERGARMENT, SWIMWEAR ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to an address mistake on your part. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY TO US! If we receive a package back as undeliverables, reshipping fees will be your responsibility.

Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders will ship in 3-7 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number once order is ship via email. Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS handling time.
We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 and over. Standard shipping is through USPS and does not include insurance. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. Shipping on orders under $100 is $4.95 for standard ground shipping 3-7 business days or $9.95 for Priority Express Shipping. 2-3 business days. Note: Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100.
Please double check the information you provide to us, we are not responsible for any misinformation provided. If your package is returned to us as undeliverables due to an address mistake on your part, it will be your responsibility to cover and additional shipping costs.
